                                 SUBSTANTIATION OF INTEGRITY AND UNITY OF RUSSIAN-EURASIAN WORLD                                      IN THE SOCIAL PROJECT OF CLASSICAL EURASISM

Abstract

Background. Transformations, taking place in contemporary Russian society, suggest revision of spiritual values and attitudes. Therefore, the study within the philosophical science of the creative heritage of classical Eurasians of 20s–30s of the twentieth century, who set the questions about the future path of development of Russia, is a necessary step. Eurasians expressed the idea of the state and social system based on moral principles that can have constructive significance when applied to contemporary reality. The aim of this work is to analyze the social project of classical Eurasism and distinguish on basis thereof the integrity of the Russian state and society.
Materials and methods. Achievement of objectives was realized through the study of the reprinted at the end of XX – beginning of XXI century works of classical Eurasians. A special place among the existing Eurasism materials is occupied by resources placed in the Internet, in particular, the magazines published in Russia in the early twentieth century. The methodology of this study includes the analysis of the works of classical Eurasians and formulation of conclusions on the basis thereof, application of such scientific methods as deduction, synthesis, analogy, generalization, and the method of historical reconstruction on the basis of which the content
of the Eurasian social project was disclosed.
Results. The author researched the philosophical doctrine of classical Eurasians, clarified the concept of a social project, socially oriented state. The researcher identified and analyzed the main spheres of the social project of Eurasians from the position of justification of the unity of Russia-Eurasia in the project. In each component of the Eurasian social project the author highlighted foundation of the unity of the Russian state and its peoples.
Conclusions. The study of the philosophical doctrine of classical Eurasians and, in particular, their social project, allows us to understand that Eurasism has an interdisciplinary nature, and the social project is a complex phenomenon, justifying the unity and integrity of Russia-Eurasia in terms of various Eurasian concepts. The main unifying principle of the Eurasian social project is the serving as the primary moral principle of organizing social relationships, expressed in the service to idea.
